With a rumoured $60 million divorce settlement under her belt, Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren clearly doesn't have to worry about cash when it comes to house hunting.
And the 30-year-old mother-of two was looking to use some of her fortune as she toured a two-story penthouse apartment in Florida worth around $5 million.
Accompanied by an estate agent and her 20-month-old son Charlie, Nordegren spent 20 minutes looking round the beach front apartment in the exclusive enclave of Jupiter.
Wearing sunglasses, a hat and a loose white top, Nordegren at times seemed pensive as she toured the four bedroom, five bathroom property.
With the pair sharing custody of their children, Charlie and Sam, three, the prospective new pad would be handily near Woods' newly built $50 million mansion on Jupiter Island.
While Nordegren toured the property, Woods was busy competing for the US in the Ryder Cup.

Nordegren was philosophical about the financial settlement which she received after her divorce was finalised in August.
'Money doesn't make you happy,' she told People. 'But I have to be honest: It is making some things easier. I have the opportunity to be with my children as much as I want.
'My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation'
Nodregren and Woods were divorced after the golfer was found to have cheated on his wife with a number of women.
