Big Brother winner Josie bids to shift her spare tyre with TWO personal trainers

By SARAH BULL

Put through her paces: Big Brother 11 winner Josie Gibson undergoes a gruelling workout in London

She won Big Brother viewers over with her bubbly personality and down-to-earth attitude.

But it seems Josie Gibson, who was crowned the winner of the 11th series of the reality show, wants a figure that will fit in on the celebrity circuit.

The Size 16 Bristolian, 25, has embarked on a new regime to lose her spare tyre - and such is her determination she is using two personal trainers.

Dressed in a tight black and blue workout outfit, Josie was seen taking part in an energetic workout and taking on an obstacle course in a London park.

Tough: The 25-year-old Bristolian is hoping to shed her excess pounds and slim down from a size 16 to a 12

While her housemates, and boyfriend John James, accepted Josie for who she was during her time in the house, she admitted she felt 'a little bit insecure' about her size and wanted to join a gym when she left the reality TV show.

But despite the photographs of Josie exercising could be misinterpreted as a way for her to sell a fitness DVD when she has slimmed down, she insists she doesn't want to follow in the footsteps of stars including Natalie Cassidy by shedding weight and then putting it back on.

Limbering up: Josie stretched ahead of starting her workout in a London park last week

Showing off some moves: Josie appeared to be dancing with her trainer, having kicked off her trainers to give herself more mobility

She said in a recent interview: 'I couldn’t be one of those size zero women. It wouldn’t suit me. I’d like to be a comfortable 12. But not any smaller.

'You see all these stars and they lose all that weight and it just doesn’t suit them. Take Natalie Cassidy, I think she looks better when she’s got all her curves.

'You’ve got to be the size you are comfortable with and I am a womanly woman. I am a little bit insecure about it.

Giggles: Josie couldn't stop laughing as she tried to do a set of press ups with her TWO trainers

Struggling: While Josie looked as though she was struggling at points, she kept a smile on her face throughout

'I want to lose a little bit of weight - but I love a nice curry, that’s my downfall. I love Jamaican food, a nice bit of curried goat.'

However, Josie's boyfriend John James said despite her admitting one of the reasons she wants to lose weight is to please him, the Australian is adamant he loves Josie however she looks.

He said recently: 'I couldn’t care less what Josie weighs. I love her just the way she is. It’s up to her completely.'

Watch and learn: Josie looks deep in concentration as her trainers talk her through one difficult move

Careful, Josie! The Big Brother winner nearly slips as she does a pull up while holding onto a metal bar

But it's not only a punishing exercise regime Josie wants to stick to - she has also embarked on a strict diet.

Writing on her Twitter page earlier this week, Josie told fans: 'I'm on detox for 6 months', before adding: 'Just had fitness training. Hard work but loving it!!'

However, Josie is struggling somewhat with the food she is allowed to eat, tweeting: 'Mmmmmmm my fav bit of curry goat or brown stew chicken right up my street. Thai food and caribbean food is me fav mmmmm (sic).'

And stretch: Josie and her trainers relax as they cool down at the end of their vigorous workout

Balancing: Josie's trainer ensures she is completing the move properly as she stretches her hamstring

She then added: 'Is dyin for a chocolate bar but on a diet. X x x x'
And, continuing her health kick, Josie is also attempting to quit smoking, and has cut down to just one or two a day.

Meanwhile, Josie's relationship with John James is going from strength to strength.
John James admitted in OK! magazine that he is thrilled to have proved is critics wrong and is already planning how he can take their relationship to the next level.

Giggles: Josie appeared to be enjoying herself during the workout, laughing and dancing with her trainer

Bubbly: Josie won over viewers with her bubbly personality when she appeared on Big Brother

He said: 'I want to take her to Paris and get to the top of the Eiffel Tower with the whole city laid out beneath us and propose to her there. And if she says no, I can jump off the top!'

John James, is planning to move in with Josie in the near future, also said he can't believe how lucky he is to have found his soulmate in the Big Brother house.

He added: 'We think alike, me and Josie. We're the same in our different ways. We just realise it all the time, how alike we are are. Apart from the fact that I am tidy and she is messy.'

Big Brother's Preston and Chantelle meet to discuss their 'unfinished business'

By Jody Thompson

Unfinished business: Preston and Chantelle Houghton realised they still had feelings for each other while in the Ultimate Big Brother house (above). They were dressed for a funeral to mark the passing of the reality show last Thursday

Chantelle Houghton and Preston are 'coming to terms' with their rediscovered feelings for each other since leaving the Ultimate Big Brother house.

Chantelle's spokesman Mark Thomas exclusively told Mail Online that the pair had been spending time together.

But Mr Thomas dismissed widespread claims of a '24-hour love-in'. He said that while it was too early to say their romance had been 'rekindled', the pair had 'unfinished business'.

Still sparks? A tender moment between the former couple on day 10 of Ultimate Big Brother

However, Mr Thomas seemed hopeful that the pair - whose marriage in 2006 lasted less than a year - would reunite properly.

He said: 'They haven't had a love-in. Well, not yet, no. But they do want to have some time together.

'They're definitely talking to each other and coming to terms with their feelings.

'It's too early to say there's a romance yet, but they've got unfinished business, let's put it that way.'

Preston, 28, also took to his official Twitter page @samuelpreston to quash the rumours of a 'love-in'.

He said: 'Just want to quickly quash the 24 hour love-in rumours... we still haven't had a chance to sit down together.'

The singer added: 'I think my friend A. Source has been getting the wrong end of the stick once again x.'

Game plan? The ex-spouses play Connect Four on the last day of UBB

Mr Thomas meanwhile also said reports that Chantelle, 27, was having a breast implant reduction, as Preston preferred her chest smaller, were also a bit premature.

He said: 'She hasn't decided what to do about her boobs yet either.'

But Mr Thomas said that the pair had already worked on one project together since leaving the BB house.

Perhaps unsurprisingly they've done a photo shoot for OK! magazine - the magazine that paid £300,000 for their 2006 wedding.

Reality red carpet: Chantelle last Friday after coming third in Ultimate Big Brother at Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire

The couple first met on Celebrity Big Brother in January 2006.

Chantelle had gone into the house pretending to be a girl band member and passed her task before going on to win the show.

Then a Paris Hilton lookalike model, she also won the heart of Ordinary Boys frontman Preston in the house - despite the singer being engaged at the time - and the pair married months later.

Big mother: Big Brother presenter Davina McCall grills Preston about his feelings for Chantelle after his exit from the show on Friday

However, the marriage lasted less than a year and they announced their separation in June 2007.

In a 2008 interview with Piers Morgan, Houghton admitted that Preston had told her one month after the wedding that he had not wanted to marry her.

Chantelle also blamed leaving Essex to move in with Preston. She said at the time: 'I found living in Brighton very hard... I had no family, no friends and it was a really hard time for me.'

Chantelle came third in Ultimate Big Brother on Friday night, losing to Nikki Grahame and winner Brian Dowling, with Preston finishing in sixth place.

It's over! Brian Dowling is the Ultimate Big Brother champion as he wins final series

By Daily Mail Reporter

I did it: Brian Dowling celebrates winning Ultimate Big Brother with the help of host Davina McCall, who earlier announced he was her favourite housemate

His cheeky personality and Irish charm made him a favourite of both the nation and his fellow housemates, never once facing nomination.

And now Brian Dowling has been named the Ultimate Big Brother champion.

The former trolley dolly was the bookies favourite from the moment he returned to the house, proving the 32-year-old was still as popular as when he first won Big Brother 2.

But the real star of last night's five-hour final show was host Davina McCall, who has been with the series since the very beginning back in 2000.

He's done it again: Former trolley dolly, 32, first came to fame when he won Big Brother series 2

Davina laughed and cried as Channel 4 made the most of the final night with an all-singing final show, marking the end of a 10-year reality television partnership.

The channel announced last summer it would not be renewing its deal with programme-maker Endemol.

The reality show may not end, however, as media tycoon Richard Desmond said he was thinking of reviving it when he took over the Five TV network in July.

They're out: Blonde housemates Chantelle and Nikki came third and second

The evening included an emotional video montage to late housemate Jade Goody, who died of cervical cancer aged 27 in 2009.

Davina was moved to tears by the tributes from the reality star's family and friends, saying simply: 'How could we not remember Jade?'

There was also a half-hour tribute to Davina, who revealed her REAL favourite housemate - eventual winner Brian. He's 'kind, funny, naughty,' she said.

She later ended the show by saying: 'I hate to say goodbye so I'm going to say night night.'

Jade Goody remembered: A tearful Davina was comforted as a tribute was screened to the late housemate, who died of cervical cancer

Memories: A fan shows her love for Jade 'the ultimate housemate'

With seven housemates still remaining at the beginning of the night, it was an action packed evening, culminating in Brian's coronation.

Brian looked shocked to triumph again, beating Nikki Grahame in the public vote.

He burst into tears and shouted 'Thank you so much' before dancing down the stairs to greet Davina as fireworks exploded.

He then joked: 'I'm sure you've got it wrong.'

The final fling: Brian celebrates with the help of former housemates Preston, Makosi, Nick, Michelle Bass, Craig, Pete Bennett, and Nikki

Speaking about the impact of the show, he said: 'It's one of the best things I could have ever done. It allowed me to be myself and allowed other people to accept you for who you are.

'The show is also about hope, in the sense that it gives people the opportunity to make their life that little bit better.

'I owe everything to the show, everything.'

Chantelle came third, while Victor, Nasty Nick, Preston and Ulrika had earlier been evicted.

Is love in the air? Both Preston and Chantelle faced uncomfortable questions about their relationship after the divorced couple bonded in the house

Tantrum queen Nikki, who first entered the house in 2006 dressed as a Playboy bunny, told Davina taking part in Ultimate Big Brother 'has meant the absolute world to me'.

'I'm so honoured to have been part of it,' she said.

Nikki said she had now learned to contain her legendary temper, adding: 'I have had to bite my tongue lots of times but I kind of erupted inside.'

One-hit wonder: Samuel Preston, known as Preston, waves to his 'fans'

In third place was Chantelle, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 despite being the only housemate who was not famous.

The Essex glamour girl, who had to pretend to be a singer with fictional pop band Kandy Floss, fell in love with Ordinary Boys singer Preston in the house.

The couple married but split after 10 months and later divorced.

First out: Ulrika Jonsson is interviewed by Davina; despite winning an earlier series she only received a tiny fraction of the vote

They remained friends and viewers hoped they would reconcile during their second stint inside, especially as they marked what would have been their fourth anniversary.

Chantelle, who admitted she still had feelings for Preston, told Davina: 'It's a different outcome now. Obviously we're not going to be together.'

She was often tearful in the house and said: 'It's such a sad situation. I don't think I realised how sad it was until I spent so much time with him.

'I hadn't ever really got over what happened between us.'

Preston remained oblivious to her misery until yesterday when she confessed, anxious that he would hear about it during his post-eviction interview.

'Everyone knows, and even Preston now knows, how I feel,' she said, adding that she planned to 'talk to him properly.'

They're out: New best friends 'Nasty' Nick Bateman and Victor, who bonded inside

Preston, the second to be evicted last night, told McCall Houghton was 'a flipping great girl' but he still remembered why they split up

'It wasn't a Mickey Mouse glossy magazine break-up. It was really dark for both of us and messed us both up quite a lot.'

The now-solo singer, whose full name is Samuel Preston, said the house was not the ideal environment to talk things through but admitted there were 'strong feelings' between them

He told Davina he would also need to talk to his current girlfriend and had 'no idea' how his stint in the house might have affected the relationship.

It's only a gameshow: Nasty Nick makes his point

Celebrity Big Brother 2009 winner Ulrika Jonsson was first out during last night's two-part finale, followed by Preston then 'Nasty' Nick Bateman, who was asked to leave the first series in 2000 for trying to manipulate fellow housemates' eviction votes.

Bateman, wearing a T-shirt bearing the slogan 'It's only a gameshow', said: 'The show has been amazing and I'm very sad this is possibly the last time it's on TV.'

Victor Ebuwa, best known for a huge argument with fellow housemate Emma Greenwood during Big Brother 5, was fourth to leave.

I'm the REAL star: Davina rejected her usual style in place of a glittery red dress; she later changed into a more typical black outfit

Ultimate Big Brother: Chantelle breaks down (again) over divorce from Preston as she's quizzed on Vanessa's talk show

By Daily Mail Reporter

Emotional: Chantelle Houghton starts crying as she and ex-husband Samuel Preston are quizzed over their marriage on a spoof chat show

After years of denial, Chantelle Houghton admitted she's been forced to come to terms with her feelings over her failed marriage to Samuel Preston.

But after already ending up crying in his arms on what would have been their fourth wedding anniversary last week, the model ended up sobbing again over their divorce three years ago.

The 26-year-old lost her cool as she and Preston, 25, were guests on a mock chat show hosted by Vanessa Feltz for a task set by Big Brother.

Welling up: Chantelle has admitted she will always love Preston, despite conceding 'he has moved on'

Vanessa kicked off the interview, entitled 'We found love on a reality show' by asking if either of them planned to find love when they starred on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006.

Preston - who had a girlfriend Camille at the time - said 'it was the last thing' he expected.

Preston said: 'It didn't really hit us until after we came out did it?'

When Vanessa pointed out how well they get on now, she can't believe they got divorced.

Brief encounter: Vanessa Feltz cut the interview short after Chantelle broke down

Preston said: 'I think we're just happy...' before realising Chantelle was getting emotional. 'Are you alright?'

After Chantelle broke down, Vanessa reassured her: 'You mustn't cry on a pretend show, you really mustn't. We're only joking, we're only joking.'

Ever the professional, Vanessa said: 'Shall we take a little break? Shall we wrap up this interview.'

After Vanessa cut to a break, the former couple walked off the stage and sat hugging each other in the 'audience'.

Comfort: Chantelle hugs her ex after apologising to housemates for messing up the task

A sobbing Chantelle apologised: 'I'm sorry everyone. Have I ruined it?'
Being the perfect runner, Michelle Bass got a tissue and a glass of water for Chantelle.

A worried Vanessa said she hoped she hadn't offended Chantelle, who insisted she hadn't.

On the sofa: Ulrika complained her fame meant everyone knew about her private life

Vanessa explained: 'I was asking silly questions which I thought would be a joke.'

For the task, Victor Ebuwa had to produce a chat show with Feltz as the host.

The crew included Brian Dowling as a floor manager with Ulrika Jonsson, Nikki Grahame and Nick Bateman as guests.

To Ulrika's interview, the segment was named 'the price of fame'.

Nasty or nice? Floor manager Brian puts a lie detector hat on 'Nasty' Nick

Ulrika said wannabe celebrities should be aware that one of the price of fame is 'when I walk up the high street everyone around me knows exactly what is going on in my bedroom'.

Ulrika made a pop at Vanessa by saying 'as you know, you've just celebrated 60 years in showbiz'.

After Vanessa mentioned Ulrika's breasts, the Swedes insisted 'mine are my own'.

Nick relived his original Big Brother experience on the segment 'nasty or nice?'.

Just grow up: Nikki Grahame discussed her infamous temper for the 'I'm a grown woman, why can't I stop throwing tantrums' segment

He conceded it was better to have a nickname rather than no nickname, even if it meant he would always be known as 'Nasty Nick'.

He then agreed to undergo a lie detector test to prove if he really was nice... with Vanessa coming to the conclusion he was 'vile'.

Vanessa's first guest was Nikki Grahame, who had to explain why 'I'm a grown woman, why can't I stop throwing tantrums'.

Rock chick: Ulrika was allowed to attend the punk party after successfully eating wasabi and lard ice cream in the silence task

Not a good look: Brian wore a blonde wig (left) while Vanessa opted for a dark wig

The 28-year-old said she just threw tantrums 'internally' and was embarrassed when Vanessa asked her to recreate her 'who is she?' tantrum from Big Brother 7.

The housemates chat show came after the day after they were given a punk rock-themed party to celebrate passing their silent task.

Could romance be on the cards as Chantelle and Preston arrange a post Big Brother date?

By Daily Mail Reporter

Could romance be back on the cards? Chantelle and Preston have arranged a date to 'catch up' after they leave Big Brother

They may be divorced, but it seems romance could once again be on the cards for Chantelle and Preston.

The pair have bonded during their time on Ultimate Big brother, after being forced to spend time confined together in the tiny house.

And now they have arrange a post-show 'date', to catch up when the show finished.

Getting to know you (again): the pair have spent plenty of time gazing into one another's eyes over the past week

Chantelle revealed their plans under questioning from Victor, who replied: 'Haven't you already caught up in here?'

But she laughed off his criticism and refused to say whether she would ever get back together with her ex.

Instead she simply said that while he had a girlfriend that would never happen.

But after finding out she had been nominated, Chantelle broke down as she begged Preston not to get close to any other female contestants after her departure.

'If I go on Friday don't share your bed with another girl', she told him, adding that she wouldn't be able to cope seeing him on TV with someone else.

Don't sleep with anyone else! Chantelle is worried about what will happen if she is evicted

The pair wed soon after meeting on Big Brother in 2006, but divorced ten months later.
