By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

What a pretty boy! ustin Bieber looks heavily made-up, and photo shopped, on the cover of Toda Teen Star magazine

Hmmm... can anyone say Photo shop?

In a photo shoot that's sure to send millions of tween hearts a-fluttering around the world Justin Bieber graces the cover of the new issue of Latino magazine, Toda Teen Star.

The 16-year-old is not looking his most masculine in the shot though, with his softly styled hair sweeping across his forehead, a dewy complexion, what looks like heavily khol lined eyes and his plump pink pillowy lips.

Bieber has really been getting in touch with his feminine side of late.
The singer recently announced that he is in the process of releasing a collection of nail polishes inspired by his hit songs.

The range, called One Less Lonely Girl, will include six polishes designed personally by Bieber.

They include One Less Lonely Glitter, a glittery purple polish; Prized Possession Purple, a grape-coloured polish; Give Me The First Dance, a silver polish; Me +Blue, a dark blue; OMB!, a bright red polish and Step 2 the Beat of My Heart, a polish of purple heart-shaped glitter.

Heart-throb: Bieber has recently been travelling the world performing his sell-out tour

The polishes will debut in the U.S. exclusively at Walmart this December.
And truly following in the footsteps of his close friend Kim Kardashian Bieber is also working on his own fragrance.

Bieber's fragrance line, called My World will be sold on wristbands and dog tags as opposed to in liquid form or traditional solid perfume; which is wax in a compact form.

It will be a unisex fragrance, and packaged to appeal to the teen market.
Bieber has yet to reveal the fragrance notes but has revealed that he doesn't like any scents that are 'too fruity'.

Reality friends: It seems Bieber may have been getting some business advice from his friend Kim Kardashian as he gears up to launch his own fragrance
