Cosy couple: Kim Kardashian and her new beau Kris Humphries arrive at the Club Nokia event in Los Angeles last night

They may have only been dating for a few months, but it seems things are heating up between Kim Kardashian and her basketball player boyfriend Kris Humphries.

The pair couldn't seem to keep their hands off each other as they attended a party at Club Nokia in Los Angeles last night.

Wearing a skin tight animal print mini dress and big gold earrings, Kim laughed and joked with Kris, 26, at the bash, which was hosted by her brother-in-law Lamar Odom.

The pair were clearly enjoying themselves at the Kevin Hart: All Star Weekend Official After party event after attending the NBA Celebrity All-Stars game nearby.

E! Online reports that the couple arrived at around 11pm with Kim's younger brother Rob and party hosts Khloe and her husband Lamar, who were being filmed for their new reality show.

Perhaps Kris, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, and Kim were making up for the fact that they missed spending Valentine's Day together, due to his work commitments.

'I think, if anything, I understand work more than anyone, so that's the most important thing,' Kim recently told Us Weekly.

'Holidays are great, but as long as you set aside that time, whether it's that actual day or not, I think that's what makes relationships work.'

And she recently revealed why their long distance relationship works.

'So many things. He just has a really good heart,' she told Us. 'There has to be trust and honesty and chemistry. If you don't have any of those, it's never going to work.'

The star of Kourtney & Kim Take New York has previously dated NFL stars Reggie Bush and Miles Austin, but split from Austin last September.

She last week revealed more details about her forthcoming single Turn It Up.

'I wanted to do something that I had never done before, something that was a little bit out of my comfort zone,' she told Us. 'So, I tried it and it was fun.'

The track is 'like a pop dance song,' Kim explained, adding that her fans will get to hear it 'in about three weeks.'

However, she won't be launching a full blown singing career yet.

'You never know what would happen but as of right now I'm not thinking about that," she told Us. 'It's just a fun song.'
