Don't forget to breathe! Drew Barrymore arrived at the premiere for Going The Distance with Breathe written on her arm in large block capitals
Having been in the showbiz industry for nearly 30 years, Drew Barrymore should probably be used to attending film premieres.
But the 35-year-old actress was apparently so nervous about walking the blue carpet at the London premiere of new movie Going The Distance that she wrote the word 'Breathe' in block capital letters on her left arm.
Clearly flustered as she turned up at the event, Barrymore wrung her hands and bit her nails as she posed for photographers.
Nerves aplenty: Despite being in the industry for nearly 30 years, Barrymore appeared stressed at the event
However, despite her apparent nerves, Barrymore otherwise looked chic in her Alexandra McQueen khaki jumper dress, nude Yves Saint Laurent heels, Balmain belt and trademark red lipstick.
She was joined on the blue carpet in Leicester Square by co-star, and on/off boyfriend, Justin Long, who looked smart in a dark grey three piece suit.
And there seemed to be no animosity between the former couple, who are believed to have ended their relationship for the final time earlier this year, as they shared a tender hug in front of photographers.

The pair even spoke recently about how their romantic history helped them when they were filming Going The Distance, a story about a couple who try to make a long-distance relationship work.
She said: 'I loved getting to do a film with someone that I do have a history with and we could bring a tremendous amount of honesty to it. We sort of saw that as a surreal opportunity and maybe it will feel a little more relatable-to because it is kind of real.'
Long added: 'The truth is, we do love each other. I pray to God she's always in my life. We were friends before this, and at the heart of what we are and will be is friends. Two good, really dear friends, and that trumps anything else.'
Cuddling up: Barrymore and co-star Justin Long, who is also her ex-boyfriend, pose together on the blue carpet
Amicable: Despite apparently splitting earlier this year, Barrymore and Long appeared to be the best of friends
Barrymore, who has been married twice to Welsh bartender Jeremy Thomas and comedian Tom Green, said recently that she has become more realistic about relationships thanks to her romantic past.
She said: 'In my twenties I did want the fairytale. But in my thirties I realised there is a next day. It's about a truth and getting to be who you are.
'The irony is I don't need anyone to give the fairytale to me; I can give it to myself or I will try and provide it for people through different avenues.'

Other stars to attend the premiere included singer Gabriella Cilmi and boxer Joe Calzaghe with girlfriend Kristina Rihanoff.
The pair have been dating since September 2009, when Kristina was partnered with the boxer on TV talent show Strictly Come Dancing, and looked happier than ever as they posed at the premiere.
Calzaghe and Rihanoff are probably making the most of their free time together ahead of the dancer's return to Strictly later this year.
Rihanoff wrote on her blog recently: 'I am really looking forward to finding out who my new celeb is going to be, which hopefully will not be too much longer. Watch this space!'
Stars rumoured to be in the running for the show include Frank Bruno, MP Ann Widdecome, Felicity Kendall, Patsy Kensit and rugby player Gavin Henson.
Going The Distance is released on 27th August.
