Just one day after Woods officially became a single man once again, his 'mistress number one' was soaking up the summer sun, dressed in a little yellow bikini.
U.S. website TMZ reports that Uchitel is keen to reunite with Woods, quoting a 'very close friend' of the former New York club hostess as saying she's willing 'to give up everything' to get back with him.
And according to the friend, Uchitel says: 'I feel horrible for him. He loved [his wife]. But he was in love with me. I hope he remembers that was real, and reaches out to me.'
Uchitel is no stranger to scandal and has previously been linked to other married men.
It has been alleged that she carried on an affair with Bones actor David Boreanaz, and earlier this week the wife of Party Of Five star, Jeremy London claimed that Uchitel was having an affair with the actor.
Uchitel appeared on U.S. TV show Celebrity Rehab with London, it is believed she was seeking treatment for a dependence on the sleep aid Ambien.
The 35-year-old stormed off the show after a difficult and emotional therapy session with the show's host Dr. Drew Pinsky that broached the subject of her father's death from a cocaine overdose when she was 15.
Treatment time: Uchitel recently appeared on U.S. reality show Celebrity Rehab, it's alleged that she has a dependency on the sleep aid AmbienTMZ reports that Uchitel was paid $500,000 for her appearance.
A drop in the ocean compared to the reported 'hush money' that Woods paid Uchitel to buy her silence, it's been estimated she received a cool $10million.
The National Enquirer first broke the news of Uchitel's affair with Tiger.
The story, which ran in November last year opened the floodgates to multiple other women claiming their own affairs with Woods.
To date, fifteen women have been linked to Woods, including several cocktail waitresses, some wannabe glamour models and even a couple of porn stars.

Meanwhile, Uchitel continues seeking treatment for her issues. She is currently living in a sober living facility in Malibu and claims that she is currently staying away from relationships.
'My life is not all about men,' she insists.
