Smiling: Cheryl Cole looked happier than ever as she enjoyed an impromptu sunbathing session at her Los Angeles hotel
Cheryl Cole showed off her bikini body in Los Angeles on Friday as she declared, 'I'm happier than ever'.
The smiling 27-year-old enjoyed an impromptu sunbathing session on the roof of her hotel and showed off her incredible figure as she pulled on a pair of denim shorts over her black bikini.
Chatting and joking with a male hotel guest, Cheryl looked calm and relaxed as she went make-up free in a patterned vest top and made the most of the sunshine.
And the star, who was watched on The X Factor last night by millions as she was seen collapsing from the deadly disease malaria which nearly killed her, showed she is back to normal and looking healthier than ever in the photographs.
Cheryl is said to be excited about next week's return to the UK, and is even planning the release of another single to followup her previous success.
A source told the Sunday People: 'Cheryl is saying, "I feel like I've turned my life around."

This week she spoke publicly for the first time about her battle with malaria, telling fans that she was 'raring' to get back to work.
She will make her comeback next month as she picks her finalists for the contest and said: 'I'm absolutely gutted I missed the last audition and the boot camp stage, but I am really excited and really looking forward to seeing what the other judges have chosen.
'I can't wait to get my category so I can get my teeth into it. I will be raring to go.'
