Chantelle Houghton has made no secret of her desperate attempt to try and win back Preston and she has been hitting boot camp in preparation for their meeting.
The Ultimate Big Brother star hasn’t met face to face with her ex husband to discuss their future yet, and instead met up with her personal trainer to prepare.
The 27-year-old took part in the gruelling workout regime with her military-trained coach, who made the star run, box, stretch and lunge.
Just do it: Chantelle wears a Nike vest for inspiration with her black running tights
She previously spent two weeks at No1 Boot Camp in Norfolk to lose weight before taking part in Ultimate Big Brother and lost over a stone.
And after shrinking to a size 10, she was back in training to continue her quest for body perfection in a baby pink Nike vest and black running tights.
Chantelle managed to have a giggle with her trainer during the routine too, and couldn’t stop laughing when he supported her waist during her push ups.
And as the country continues to wait to find out whether she’ll reunite with Preston, she recently revealed they haven’t had that conversation yet.

In an interview with OK! Magazine, the reality TV star said they’ve only spoken on the phone and said it’s a conversation that needs to happen face to face.
‘I’m desperate for him to call me and tell me that he loves me. I hate cooling-off periods but this time around I’m doing the sensible thing,’ she said.
The Essex beauty thinks Preston, 28, does love her but says she will move on if he doesn’t want to be with her, saying: ‘You can’t make someone love you’.

But if they do reunite, she wouldn’t rush into marriage again and wants to take things slow and see what happens.
The couple previously married within six months of dating, when Chantelle was 22, but she now says she’d like to have children first before marrying again and would like the father to be Preston.
Meanwhile the Ordinary Boys frontman also spoke to the magazine but was less open about his feelings, saying: ‘I think she’s [Chantelle] going to make someone a great wife.
‘I’m just not sure who that person is or whether it’s me.’
