But Teri Hatcher showed she still has plenty of assets to get many women jealous.
The Desperate Housewives star yesterday posted photos of herself looking svelte in a low cut swimsuit in preparation for the swimming section of Sunday's Nautica Malibu Triathlon.
The 45-year-old actress also wore a sign with 'Sophia' written on it, underneath the slogan 'This one's for you.'
Hatcher revealed that she received a letter from Joel Rothman, the father of Sophia, a two-year-old patient at Children's Hospital Los Angeles - an organisation which will benefit from the event.
Sophia has been diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis along with another related disease that could have caused her to go blind.
Hatcher wrote: 'So after checking the water forecast, I now know that when I dive into the 60 degree shoreline at 7am for a purely adrenaline based swim, they’ll be one beautiful girl to reach stroke after stroke for.
'And that’s Sophia. Please tell your friends to donate. Even one dollar,' the actress added.

'I'm a far cry from the shape I was in in 2009, a year ago, when I completed the entire Triathlon,' she wrote on her personal pledge web page.
The actress lists having to recover from a bout of Lyme disease and two broken ribs - at least one of which she broke last year while filming Desperate Housewives.
'A month of taking care of my dad on the mend from open heart surgery, picking up my daughter from summer camp and well, being just off the work out train, all I can say is IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN,' she adds.
Water baby: The actress is competing in the swim section of Sunday's event in Los Angeles Last month, Hatcher posted a series of photographs under the caption: 'Oy with the Botox', featuring herself wearing no make up.
Writing underneath each picture, she said she took them as she got out of the bath to get ready for bed to prove to critics that she no longer has any work done on her face.
Hatcher said: 'Thought about all those damn critics of my face. Love it or hate it, my face that is, no surgery, no implants, no matter what "they" say.
'Decided I'd shoot myself to reveal some truths about "beauty" and hope it makes you all easier on yourself.'

However, the star confessed that she HAD had surgical enhancements before.
She wrote: 'Did I ever toy with fillers or Botox over the years? Yes. (But) tell me does this look Botoxed to you?
'Yes I am alone in my bathroom naked in a towel on behalf of women everywhere trying to make a point. Women YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.'
She added wryly on another picture of herself: 'Oh look I can raise my eyebrows and wrinkles show up on my forehead. I can also look like a monkey if I put grapes in my upper lip.
'It's really funny. I have to say I can't remember ever being upset enough to look like this, but I'm just making or shall I say "under LINING" a point.'
